Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Sandra G. Jones, Senior Pastor

Pastor Sandra Gillins Jones is a woman of faith, service, and perseverance. Born in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, she is the eldest child of Mr. Samuel and Mrs. Albertha Gillins. At the young age of nine, she accepted Yeshua Ha Mashiach as her Lord and Savior—a decision that became the foundation of her life’s calling. From that moment forward, she has walked faithfully with God, witnessing His miracles and living daily in His grace and favor.

A Calling in Nursing & Ministry

Pastor Jones has been blessed with an extensive career in nursing that spans more than 48 years. A proud graduate of N.C. A&T State University and the University of South Carolina, she served at Baptist Medical Center/Palmetto Health for 39 years. Throughout her career she advanced her calling to care for others, becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner and continuing to serve today at the Lexington-Richland Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council in the Opioid Treatment program.

Her compassion for healing, both physical and spiritual, is a clear reflection of Christ’s command to serve “the least of these.”

A Life of Ministry

Ordained and devoted to the work of the Kingdom, Pastor Jones serves as the Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Outreach Ministries, Inc. She previously ministered alongside her late husband, Pastor Dr. Eddie L. Jones, Sr., faithfully shepherding God’s people for 18 years until he went home to be with the Lord in 2023. Together, they built a legacy of love, teaching, and service that continues to bless the community.

Family & Legacy

Pastor Jones is the proud mother of three sons: Eddie Jr. (Carol), Mark (Joy), and Samuel, who went home to be with the Lord in 2018. She is also a devoted grandmother to five—Jeremiah, Iyanna, Isaiah, Malan, and Dammareon—whom she cherishes dearly.

Pastor Jones’ guiding principle in life is simple yet profound:
“Always do the things that please her Heavenly Father.”

Her journey is a testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness, and she continues to inspire others to walk in obedience, service, and love.
